原标题：台军装备采购2年爆2弊案不良零件武装战车

中新1月22日电据台湾《中国时报》报道，台湾陆军兵工整备发展中心(简称兵整中心)与陆军后勤指挥部，两年内连爆两起弊案，先是装甲运兵车变速箱“旧品翻新”造假，现又采购劣质战甲车履带。

报道说，这些不良零附件可靠度低，换到战甲车上，开不了多久就可能抛锚，如同废铁，真打仗时，走不动的战甲车就成了敌人的活靶。台军机械化战力，实在堪虞。

对此，台湾防务部门21日说，检方、宪兵队、防务部门政风人员及监察官等人，已至营区搜查并约谈相关人员。

台湾防务部门发言人罗绍和表示，全案是2013年12月兵整中心贪渎弊案的后续，该弊案发生后，防务部门负责人严明指示政风室与总督察长室成立项目小组，针对高风险业务进行采购业务项目稽核，结果发现部分厂商疑涉有不法情事，遂将全案函送法务部门廉政署侦办，并协调新北市及宜兰宪兵队协助。

据报道，防务部门所谓2103年12月兵整中心贪渎弊案，即台军装甲运兵车变速箱采购弊案，新北地检署去年即依贪污等罪嫌起诉4名士官与13名军火厂商业者。

据调查，军火业者明知境内外生产部门均已停产该款变速箱，无符合标案要求的条件可供出货，仍为出清库存，以旧品翻修充当新品出货。
